Nowadays people want to lead healthier lifestyle even in their busy schedule. Finally, Health and Fitness matters to all. But How?  Even they don’t know. They pick many options like walking, jogging, yoga, gym, aerobics and even more. But everything gets ended because of their busy lifestyle. So, here we’re going to discuss about Health & Fitness for busy people. What can be done to be fit in busy lifestyle?

People nowadays are more health-conscious and aware of fitness than they used to be.We accepted “Health is Wealth”, a very common and true saying. We should always keep in mind that wealth is wealth however health is the greatest wealth in this world.

Most people want to be healthy, but they do not know how to do this or think that they do not have the time. So, here are few of the health and fitness tips for busy people.

Here are few tips to health & fitness for busy people to healthier lifestyle in short time.

Start a day with a Glass of Lemon and Honey and Hot Water

Who want to burn their calories very fast? Who don’t have time to do workouts? They should follow these step without fail.

Then, how to make the honey- lemon drink?

Boil a cup of water and allow it to cool until it is just warm to touch.

Add a teaspoonful of organic, unprocessed honey and stir well to dissolve.

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the honey water, give it a stir and drink up.

It is important that you drink the mixture immediately after preparing it, preferably on an empty stomach, to derive all the benefits. Do not heat honey. According to Ayurvedic principles, heating honey makes it toxic.
